Questions
How do I join a bundle?
Tap Join on WhatsApp next to the bundle you want, or ask at reception. We add the bundle to your Fresha profile and you pay in the salon. Bundles can't be bought online yet.
Do monthly bundles renew automatically?
No. Each monthly bundle covers one month of visits and nothing is billed automatically. Renew at reception when your month is up.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn points when you spend, leave a review, book online and complete appointments. Your balance shows on your Fresha profile, and you can use points for money off a future visit. Points last 12 months.
How does the referral reward work?
When a friend you refer books with us, you each get 10% off. Ask at reception or check your Fresha profile for your referral link.
Can I give a bundle as a gift?
Yes. Ask us about Penthouse gift vouchers for any bundle or service.
